1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

Varnangal (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, the handloom silk sarees (“Goods”) described at checkout under the terms of this Agreement.

2. Purchase Price

The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on the Varnangal website.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at checkout. Varnangal reserves the right to recover any collection costs, including legal fees, if payment disputes arise.

4. Delivery

Delivery follows our current shipping policy with estimated dates. Goods will be securely packaged, but Varnangal is not liable for carrier-related delivery delays.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the Buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all local import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. Customs clearance delays and charges are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Varnangal provides Goods as-is and disclaims implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is strictly limited to the net purchase price paid for the Goods.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Actual saree colors may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor calibration, fabric textures, and photography lighting.

8. Price Disclaimer

We strive for accuracy, but if an item is priced incorrectly on the website, Varnangal reserves the right to refuse or cancel the sale of that item.

9. Force Majeure

Varnangal is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or raw material shortages.

10. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, INDIA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
